Caregiver Support Group

Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia can be a challenging and overwhelming task. This confidential support group is for caregivers of individuals living with dementia. Group members share experiences, information, and strategies, while facilitators guide the group process. Administered by Four Tides Hospice Society
