Focused on bodyweight strength, flexibility, core exercises, and cardio, this class helps moms rebuild strength, improve flexibility, and connect with their bodies. Whether you’re holding your baby while you exercise or letting them explore safely, this class provides a nurturing space for you to move, grow, and feel strong again.
