Pop-up Restaurant: Rib Night by El Centro

El Centro’s pop-up restaurant is back with a classic Rib Night!
Enjoy tender, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs served buffet style with three homemade sauces — Classic BBQ, Maple Chipotle, and Tamarind Ancho Chile.
Sides include potato salad, coleslaw, green salad, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, beans and snap peas, and tiramisu for dessert.
