Discover new wines and expand your tasting skills at Wine Wednesday at El Centro.
This monthly wine tasting event features three premium wines paired with small bites, served in a welcoming long-table social setting. Each evening explores a different theme and offers insight into wine tasting, vineyard styles, and flavour profiles.
The March session focuses on Island Wines, showcasing selections from Vancouver Island wineries. The evening will also explore the art of tasting and evaluating wine, guided by wine expert Jeremy East, owner of Rocky Creek Winery.
