Each week\, we’ll explore one principle through guided practices\, connection exercises and real-time relational experiences.  \n\n\n\nThe 5 Principles of ART: Welcome Everything – making space for whatever arises\, just as it is Assume Nothing – letting go of stories and staying curious Reveal Your Experience – sharing what is true for you in the moment Own Your Experience – taking responsibility for your feelings and perceptions Honour Self & Other – valuing both your truth and the other’s This is an invitation to slow down\, tune in and meet yourself and others with honesty and curiosity.  \n\n\n\n What to expect: \n\n\n\n• A safe\, welcoming space to connect • Interactive exercises and group explorations • Tools to deepen presence\, communication and authenticity • A supportive community journey over 5 weeks  \n\n\n\nWhether you’re new to Authentic Relating or looking to deepen your practice\, this journey offers a space to be yourself\, grow\, feel and connect.  \n\n\n\n 5 weeks (Thursdays)  |  6:00 PM (~75 minutes each class)  \n\n\n\n Location: private home in Townsite  \n\n\n\nInvestment: • Full 5-weeks: $100 • Drop-in: $25 per person (if space allows) Spots are limited – join us for this meaningful exploration of connection and truth.  \n\n\n\nContact Organizer for details & to reserve your place.
