Where your hard game is? Now is the time to move up the rating ranks by acquiring the all-round game of pickleball. \n\n\n\nThe Dinker-Banger Fusion teaches you the difference between both styles and how to fuse the two together with the motto “Play smarter\, not harder.” \n\n\n\nAfter this three-week course that consists of 12 hours of on-court instruction/play\, you will have a far greater knowledge of this higher level of play. Reiki is practiced world-wide in: \n\n\n\n\nhospitals\n\n\n\nwellness centres\n\n\n\nspas\n\n\n\noffices\n\n\n\nhomes\n\n\n\n\nYou will receive the Reiki Level 1 attunement and learn: \n\n\n\n\nthe history of Reiki\n\n\n\nthe fundamental concepts such as principles and guidelines\n\n\n\nthe techniques of the traditional Usui style of Reiki\n\n\n\nhow to perform a Reiki session on yourself and others\n\n\n\n\nThis enjoyable class is a combination of lecture\, discussion\, demonstration and practice time.
