Event Listing Policy
qathet365 promotes a wide range of events happening in our region — from preschool story time and community potlucks to festivals and democratic political rallies. Our calendar is designed to reflect the diversity of activities in our community.
Affiliation
Unless specifically stated, qathet365 is not affiliated with, does not sponsor, and does not endorse any event or its organizers.
Inclusion & Respect
We do not list or promote events that publicly endorse or promote bigotry, discrimination, or hate toward any person or group.
Creative Ownership & Content Management
Our team creates and manages the promotional content we publish, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with best practices. All creative assets, including graphics, copy, and media, remain the intellectual property of qathet 365 unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients retain ownership of any materials they provide for use in promotions. By submitting such materials, clients grant qathet 365 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content for promotional purposes. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they submit.

Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final once a promotion has been created and posted or otherwise released.
No promotion will be published without full payment.
Payment secures your scheduled placement, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations after confirmation.
Any payment disputes will result in an immediate suspension of services until resolved. Clients agree to contact qathet 365 directly to resolve any billing concerns.
Performance Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If your promotion does not meet the engagement levels agreed upon, we will provide an additional month of ad space or a spotlight event listing at no extra charge.
Performance is measured based on agreed-upon engagement metrics, such as impressions, reach, or clicks. This guarantee does not apply to external factors beyond our control, such as platform algorithm changes, audience behavior, or client-driven modifications to the campaign.
Client Conduct & Communication
qathet 365 fosters a professional and respectful working environment. We will not tolerate abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful language toward our team. If a client engages in such behavior, we reserve the right to cease communication and refuse service.
Maximizing Your Promotion’s Success
To achieve the best possible results, we recommend actively engaging with your promotion. Sharing the content we create for you on your own social media channels enhances visibility, improves algorithmic reach, and increases audience engagement.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
qathet 365 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless qathet 365 from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from content provided by the client or any promotional activities conducted on their behalf.
qathet 365 does not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as sales or customer conversions, as success depends on multiple factors beyond our control.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in British Columbia.
Changes & Updates
qathet 365 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant updates that may affect their promotions or services. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
