Repair Cafe

June 21, 2025 @ 11:00 am 3:00 pm

Join us for a FREE Repair Cafe!

Repair Cafés are free meeting places, run by volunteers with repair skills, who work with visitors to repair things (together).

The Repair Café will have skilled volunteers with tools and materials to help you make any repairs you need, or who will do the repairs for you.

Bring your clothes, electrical appliances, bicycles, and outdoor gear to be fixed.

We will also have a recycling collection bin at the event for unrepairable (but still recyclable) items.

Repairing items helps keep them out of landfills, reducing the pressures on our waste stream.

Hike for Hospice

May 24, 2025 @ 10:00 am 1:00 pm

Hike for Hospice is our most important fundraiser of the year and is happening on Sunday, May 24 at Willingdon Beach. There are two ways to join in: walk with us on the day (and stay for the fun afterwards), or do your own thing anytime between May 24 and 31 – you can hike, bike, run, kayak, whatever you like!

Either way, now is the perfect time to register and start collecting pledges for whatever goal you set for yourself or your team.
All funds raised will help us continue to provide vital hospice and bereavement support services in the community.
