Of Bears and Bees

May 8 @ 8:00 am 5:00 pm

OF BEARS AND BEES – live readings from two amazing authors this coming Saturday, May 09, 2:00 pm in the forest grove at Blueberry Commons!

I am SO looking forward to this event in just two days! If you are intrigued by bears and bees and everything in between, this event is for you! Trina (“Black Bear – A story of siblinghood and survival”) and Jenna (“Reverie – A year of bees”) will read from their recent books and engage in dialogue on how we might reframe our relationship with the others we share our home with!

I have been learning about and reflecting on black bears for a long time and Trina’s book floored me! Great wisdom, research and insight. Jenna too brings incredible thoughtfulness to her writing and her work as an activist and a farmer is moving and powerful.

All are welcome – entrance by donation. We are at the very end of King Avenue in Wildwood.
