Festival of Lights is a warm and welcoming community celebration hosted by AFqa (Association Francophone de qathet), bringing families and neighbours together to share music, light, and seasonal joy. The event combines cultural connection with a festive atmosphere, creating a space where everyone can gather, celebrate, and enjoy the spirit of the season.
Friday, December 12
5:00 p.m. | Opening of the grounds
- Outdoor area: illuminated forest walk with treasure hunt
- Community hall: winter crafts, hot chocolate, drinks, treats, and a festive, friendly atmosphere
- DJ Blaise on site with lively francophone holiday music
6:30 p.m. | Visit from Santa Claus and gift for every child
8:00 p.m. | Closing of the grounds
